Not at all! We work with clients of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Whether you’re just starting or looking to take your training to the next level, we’ll create a program that’s right for you.
2) How long are the training sessions?
Our standard sessions are typically 45 minutes, but we also offer longer or shorter sessions based on your preferences and needs.
3) Can I train with a partner or in a group?
Yes, we offer both individual and small group training sessions. If you’d like to train with a friend or family member, let us know, and we’ll design a program for both of you.
4) Do you offer online or virtual training?
No, at this time we do not offer virtual training. We believe in getting our clients superior results that are very hard to reproduce online.
5) What should I wear to my training sessions?
Wear comfortable, breathable athletic clothing and appropriate shoes. Make sure you can move freely during your workouts.
6) What if I don’t like a particular exercise?
If there’s an exercise you don’t enjoy or find uncomfortable, just let us know. We can substitute it with something equally effective that you feel more comfortable doing.
7) How do you keep workouts varied and fun?
We continuously update your program with new exercises, techniques, and challenges to keep things interesting and ensure you’re always progressing. You’ll never get bored with repetitive routines.
8) Can I train if I have a demanding job?
Yes, we’ll design a program that fits into your busy schedule and helps you manage stress, improve energy, and stay active despite a demanding workload.
9) Can I train if I have a chronic health condition?
Yes, we specialize in creating safe, effective programs for clients with chronic health conditions. We work with your healthcare provider if necessary to ensure the exercises are appropriate for you.

We design programs that balance intensity and recovery to avoid overtraining. By carefully monitoring your workload, energy levels, and progress, we ensure you continue to progress without burnout or injury.
11)Can I train if I’m fasting for religious or health reasons?
Yes, we can adapt your training and nutrition guidance to accommodate fasting, ensuring that you still progress while respecting your fasting schedule.
12) Can you help me overcome plateaus in my fitness progress?
Yes, if you’ve hit a plateau, we’ll adjust your program to introduce new challenges and break through barriers. This might include changes in exercises, intensity, or volume to reignite progress.

18) Do you offer nutrition guidance?
Yes, while we can’t prescribe specific foods or meal plans, we provide education on calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients. We’ll teach you how to track your food intake effectively, empowering you to make informed choices that align with your fitness goals.
19) What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Currently, we don’t have existing corporate wellness clients, but we’re open to providing group classes or one-on-one training sessions for your employees. We believe in fostering a healthy work environment and can tailor programs to meet your team’s needs.
